Muziic Player and Encoder is a streaming-audio player for Windows. The main window has a small player on the left and a list of genres below. To the right, there is a list of featured tracks. You can search for specific songs and the results will be shown below.
There are thousands of songs available. And yet, this is a legal application. The trick is simple. Muziic searches for songs at Youtube.com and gives you the sound of the video that you select. That is how it manages to give you songs for free. The quality of the songs will largely depend on the quality of videos uploaded to Youtube. You can find songs by selecting genres or by searching for their names. Both ways return results.
In my particular case, I couldn't get a single song to play for me. The player seemed to be playing, but I got no sound. This is a fresh program, so it might work with a little tweaks or it might even work perfectly for you as it is. Also, I find that adding songs to the playlist and managing that playlist is not as easy as it should be. One can't simply drag and drop a song. Also, there is no way to sort the results by date, quality or channel. |
